Ellie Phillips, DDS, who is passionate about oral care and it's effect on whole health, highly recommends the ingredient Xylitol for teeth.

I checked the ingredients and Xylitol is in the gum, breath spray, toothpaste, and mouthwasth! She says it's more important that flossing and should be taken 4 or 5 times a day. You can also use drops in your water and drink it instead.

Muscle Pain from 13 mile bike ride gone overnight

I was feeling quite energetic on a nice fall day, and decided to ride my bike the 13+ miles to pick up my car from the shop. Only 1/2 mile into it, I thought "AM I CRAZY?" No, I answered myself, I'll pace myself, it will be great fun and exercise. I made it! And with a triumphant feeling. As expected, later that evening the pain in my legs began to set in. I took the penetrating pain rub and liberally applied and massaged it in twice that evening. When I woke up the next morning, there was no soreness left at all!

My Yummy Purple Shake

I have a shake I love to make on days when I want to be extra healthy and keep the calories down. I use light vanilla soy milk, one scoop of the protein shake mix, and frozen blueberries. I also add any other powdered supplement I want to get in me. It is purple and delicious!

Deep scratches Healed in 2 days

I got scratched on one arm by a very friendly dog in her happiness to show me her love for the world.... anyway I had three scratches, two very long ones and one smaller one. Skin was broken and welts appeared- and it kinda hurt! I put the topical first aid gel on several times between that day and the next. By the evening all welts and redness were gone, just a pink line, and within 2 days the smaller one was gone and 3 days not a trace appeared of any of them!

Coffee Stain Gone

I was getting dressed and put on my yellow sleeveless sweater, then saw in the mirror that there was a big coffee stain on it. I had forgotten about that, it happened a couple of weeks before. It was on the lower side so I guess I didn't remember and hung it up when I took it off. Two weeks old coffee stain on a yellow sweater, I thought, this probably won't come out. I sprayed it with the pre-spot, and then threw it in the laundry bin. A few days later I did that load of laundry with the detergent and couldn't believe when I took it out - stain was completeley gone.
